Next Steps

 

We started building the first triplex, three units, of this project in the late spring of 2021. As construction was underway and units were completed, families were found for those homes. 

 

Flatirons Habitat for Humanity now expects to start construction on the second building of this project in 2023. That structure will consist of four units and is slated to be completed by 2025.  

 

Background

 

The 22nd and Violet build will provide 19 units of affordable housing on more than an acre in north Boulder. This is a large project for Flatirons Habitat and the team is excited to help fulfill this community need. The units will all be permanently affordable by deed restriction.
