In partnership with Elevation Community Land Trust, Flatirons Habitat for Humanity is renovating Gunbarrel duplexes.  

 

They are 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1,100 square-foot remodeled homes. We use quality carpeting, Hunter Douglas window treatments and Whirlpool energy-efficient appliances.

 

Flatirons Habitat homes are designated permanently affordable by covenant and will be governed by Elevation Community Land Trust.
