If you meet the basic application criteria, the first step in the application process is to watch the Flatirons Habitat orientation in it's entirety.  Once complete, please contact Linda Sanders, Family Services Manager, lsanders@flatironshabitat.org for information regarding your next steps in the Habitat partner family process.

You may be eligible for homeownership if you...

​

...currently pay more than 30 percent of your total household income on rent

 

...are willing to partner with Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, including contributing 200 hours of sweat equity to build your home

 

...have the ability to support a mortgage and have had a steady income for at least 2 years

 

...meet other program income requirements.
